Arrested For DUI In Oceano Dunes

Oceano Dunes is one of the few places people can drive their vehicles on the sand.  Off road vehicles are allowed and many folks take part in recreational driving on or around the dunes.  The area is patrolled by the California Park Police.

All Vehicle Code violations are enforced on the beach, including Driving Under the Influence.
